12+ months of extensive computer modeling, prior art research and freedom-to-operate analyses were performed to identify patentable “white space” around our most promising drug candidates. These broad patent filings provide multiple “shots on goal” for developing proprietary compounds having unique biological properties with improved safety profiles. Our lead candidates and their related compounds have been deemed “novel” and patentable by the PCT international search authority.
